On May 27 Shakira had a pressconference in Radisson Hotel in Bogota.

Shakira recieved a triple platinum disc for the sales of Fijacion Oral 1 in Colombia. The album is not released yet, but it has sold so well on presales that the estimated sales figure for the first day in Colombia is 75 000 - 80 000 copies.

Shakira said to the journalists that Fijación Oral has got "a lot of variety, there is a bit of jazz, bosanova, balads, rock, some electrónic songs, some 80's feeling".

She said that although she shares her creative impulses with her family and boyfriend, she always ends up doing what she wants

Shakira said that she misses her country and corozo and said that she hopes she can start her new tour in Colombia if logistics and availability of the arenas allow it.

Shakira promised many suprises for next tour which will start next year and said that it will surpass Tour of the Mongoose, besides her family she gives her life, sould and energy to her audience - that is what she enjoys doing most.

Shakira said on the pressonference that she dreams about the song she hasn't written yet, she also dreams about becoming a professional gardener and she wants to take a year off to have children and to work in her garden. She also would like to dedicate more time to her foundation Pies Descalzos.

At the end of the pressconference she performed acoustic version of La Pared, accompanied by Albert Menendez on piano.

Shakira also appeared in many TV shows and gave a lot of interviews to Colombian media.

Among other things she said that she plans to promote FO1 for 2-3 months and then go back to studio to give final touches to the Oral Fixation 2 album. Estimated release date for Oral Fixation 2 is December.

Shakira confirmed that the baby on the cover of the album is her goddaughter and niece.
